30 September 2006 8.27am gametime (about 13pm my time) I am having lunch - same place as yesterday, facing the Gendarmenmarkt. I can hear beutiful jazz in the background. The phone rings. I am at the Product Barn, with its abandoned palettes and plastic. First, it appears to be quiet, but then I realise that there are people here. I talk to JOHN, who dreams of Tetris, and JOANDBILLY who apparently sleep so soundly they have no dreams. I don't know whether to envy them or not. Then JOHN says he has to leave anyway. Funny how culture informs the game...
4 October 2006 12.05 am gametime (11.22 am my time) I am at the product barn. The shelves are stacked high. There is no one here and certainly no sign of the ladder I need for my mission.
