Stephen is a Senior Lecturer in Drama and a core member of Wrights & Sites, a group of artist-researchers with a special relationship to site, city/landscape and walking. His research and teaching both focus on contemporary performance (site-specific performance & performance-related practices, and live art). He is a co-investigator on the British Asian Theatre Project. He is a member of the New Theatre Architects, a board member of New Work Network and the curator of Theatre, Dance & Live Art at Exeter Phoenix. Stephen Hodge welcomes enquiries about PhD supervision in the fields of site-specific performance, live art practices or contemporary performance curation. |
