Equipment Booking

Please use the following forms to reserve items of equipment

	Equipment and AV form If you'd like to reserve a data projector/laptop, video camera or audio recorder or if you'd like to have a sound system / lighting / something else special for a presentation / event please use this form. Please give at least 24 hours notice
	Fault reporting [out of order - coming soon] To report a fault on a computer or other item of equipment
	Lost Property [out of order - coming soon] To report a missing item
